With over three decades of experience across the steel, education, and IT sectors, Dr. Chakraborti has led strategic consulting projects for global organizations, including Coca-Cola, SHRM, Colgate-Palmolive, GES Australia, Autodesk China, Marubeni Japan, Hissan Kathmandu, Videocon, Akai, Henkel, ICICI Bank, Punjab National Bank, Baramati Agro, DRDO, and USV Pharmaceuticals. His professional journey has taken him across Switzerland, London, Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Indore, Chandigarh, and Dehradun.

Dr. Chakraborti has held prestigious academic leadership roles, including Dean at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Head of Department at Chandigarh University, ICFAI University, and Graphic Era University, as well as Program Chair of MBA at Woxsen University, Hyderabad. He played a pivotal role in establishing the School of Digital Marketing and the School of BFSI at Symbiosis Skill and Professional University, Pune. His teaching expertise spans Digital Marketing, FinTech, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, DeFi, and dApps. Currently, he serves as the Dean (Academics) at GIBS Bangalore, where he specializes in training students in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AIML).

Dr. Chakraborti’s research has been published in renowned journals, including Emerald, Springer, and Taylor & Francis. He has authored eight books, secured five patents, and received multiple "Best Research Paper" awards at international conferences, including those organized by IIM Indore and IIM Shillong.
